Wednesday...Pull-ups / Push-ups

We will have a Turkey Fry after the workouts. Workouts to start early, around 5:00 and end around 7:00. Turkey to get dropped in oil around 7:30. Bring something to pass, post what you plan on bringing.

A trainer will scale all workouts to your individual fitness level.
