If you are considering holding off on coming in because you want to get a full week in for free, based on this schedule or your own. Please let me know, I will accommodate you if I can.
If you are new to CrossFit be aware that I will be working with all clients on Skills training and to get each individual ready for the Workout of the Day (WOD).
Please bring or wear clothes to workout in and water.

Neil...Congrats on the big opening! We met at WindyCity and also at the Level 1 certification. From the couple of times that we've spoken, I know how excited you must be. You're going to do great and have a blast while you do it. I've got some friends out your way who will be stopping in for some of that CrossFit, served Naperville-style. Well done, looking forward to watching your place grow.

Cal,
Thanks I look forward to meeting them. And thanks, I am truly excited. I have talked to some of the Illinois affiliates and I am trying to see if we can put together some sort of an affiliate gathering. Some kind of workout may be a lot of fun. The guys over there will be hard to beat.
